What competition prep looks like with me:
01.
Evaluation
We begin with an evaluation of your performance strengths and weakness, analysis of prior performances/competition, and an overview of injuries in order to develop a comprehensive plan for routine creation and training schedule.
02.
Routine Creation
After our initial evaluation, we will work through routine creation including music, concept, costume, and (of course!) choreography. Emphasis will be placed on development of choreography that follows concept and flows seamlessly both on and off the pole.
03.
Refinement
Once your routine is created, we will evaluate for potential shortcomings and determine an action plan to improve upon any possible weak spots.
What's included in the package:
01.
Initial 30 minute evaluation
During our initial meeting, we will review footage of any past performances and discuss your strengths and weaknesses as a competitor. It is essential to have a good understanding of your starting point in order to create an effective routine and develop a training action plan.
02.
6 Virtual Private Lessons
After our initial evaluation, we will utilize a series of private lessons to develop your routine from initial concept creation all the way through the final stages of running and editing full routines.
03.
2 Video Feedback Sessions
After your routine is fully created, you have the ability to submit two separate videos for detailed feedback. These video feedback sessions will help you pin point areas to focus your attention in order to maximize points.
